Hi everyone,
as you know, our annual Sushi Party is Wednesday the 19th. The event is limited to 70 people. All tickets were sold at 10pm tonight !!! So, do not ask for more, please.
There will be lots of sushi (and also some conversation if you can find time for it in between mouthfuls of food!). The JSoc has had a great success with this event in the past years and we hope this year will be just as fun.
Time: 7-10pm.
Venue: Food Factory, Queen Margaret Union.
Tickets prize: no tickets left.
PS: so great you enjoyed the language workshop. Thanks a lot to the japanese people. As most of you were beginners, next time we will give some material to work with.
The Japanese Society at the University of Glasgow was set up in 1997. It runs regular events such as the Sushi party, Movie nights, Pub nights and Cultural events. It is open to Japanese and non-Japanese with the hope that though our events and meeting new people, this Society will help you to understand better Japanese culture.
Thanks for visiting us. Arigatou!

*Japanese and non-japanese members are both welcome to membership of the Society.
The Society also runs a mailing list, which sends out the latest information and reminders of events. If you want to be added to this list, please let us know.
